More than 12 lakh applications for last grade posts

More than 12 lakh candidates have registered their names for the PSC test for recruitment to last grade posts in different departments. The minimum qualification for the post is ability to read and write. A large number of graduates and post graduates have applied for the test. This could be their last chance as the government is considering to restrict the qualification to 7th class pass.
